What happens when I place an order online?
Congratulations! You’re about to receive a brand new Sonno bed base. If everything went well, the first thing you’ll receive is an order confirmation by email, followed by a notification from our transaction partner, eWay, of the success of your purchase. Should the transaction fail, you’ll receive a notification from eWay explaining why.
One we’ve processed your order, you’ll get another email from Sonno that runs through delivery details.
When your Sonno bed base is dispatched from the warehouse, you’ll get another email containing the couriers details.
Can I place an order over the phone?

What payments are available to me?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard or direct debt.
Can I choose the delivery time or date?
Sure, we love being flexible. On checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery time and date that’s convenient for you.
How soon can I receive my order?
It all depends on where you want the bed base delivered to. To save the guess work, all the delivery times are provided on the website.
Will the courier call me prior to delivery or give me an ETA?
Unfortunately not, however there is a choice between an A.M and a P.M delivery time, to help make sure that you’re around when it’s delivered.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our normal courier deliveries are between Mon to Fri. Should you wish to arrange a Saturday delivery, you can upgrade your delivery at an extra cost.
Will the courier bring the items into my property?
The courier will take your Sonno bed base cartons to your front door. In order for this to happen, ensure there is easy access to your door (even on high-rise apartments). The courier may sometimes request your assistance to get the cartons to your door.
What happens if I am out when my Sonno bed base is delivered?
Generally, the courier will leave a card with the details of the consignment, with details on how to arrange for a re-delivery (or pick up from their depot). This may incur extra charges.
